Marsipan for easter.

Marsipan and easter belong together! That is at least how it is for me. I was looking high and low for marsipan here in India, but sadly could not find any. I started to think how can I manage an easter without marsipan? So, I asked my parents back home to send me half a kilo. I wonder how expensive that was for them? Two days ago I found out that on Sunday we will have a marsipan making workshop here at the IISE! Hurra! So, I get marsipan for easter:) I feel so thankful and blessed:)
